Moschino & Unicef

Moschino has teamed up with Unicef to create a doll for its annual Frimousses de Créateurs event, which raises money for the prevention and treatment of childhood diseases.

The "Iconic" doll combines Moschino's creative DNA: "fun and optimism, large eyes to watch the world and a heart-shaped mouth to speak words of love", says the company.

Other designers, artists and fashion houses involved with the project includeCacharel, Chanel, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Lanvin, Nina Ricci, Prada, Versace and YSL.

The exhibition of dolls will be shown at Paris' Petit Palais from November 18-23, and on www.drouot.com from November 17-27.

All the dolls will be sold in an auction hosted by Maître Pierre Cornette de Saint Cyr on November 27 in Drouot Montagne, the money from which will be sent to Darfur, Chad and the Central African Republic.
